Nieuw Bromo van Tilburg is a biologically dynamic company in Hornhuizen, Groningen, near the Wadden Sea in the Netherlands. Max and Annelies van Tilburg settled here in 2002 and in 2007 son Ben and girlfriend Mieke also came to live on the farm. The milk from the 80 cows is largely processed by Cheese Factory Henri Willig in the Frysian municipality of Heerenveen. In addition, organic quark and yogurt are made on the farm.
The family takes care of its surrounding nature with great attention. For example, the edges of the meadows have been sown with a flower mixture. These wide strips of land bloom profusely in the summer and are very popular with bees and other insects.
