Credit Access Philippines Financing Company (OnePuhunan) was founded in 2014 by CreditAccess Asia to provide financial services in the Philippines to low-income individuals and small businesses that are not served by the traditional banking institutions.

OnePhuanan provides working capital loans to predominantly entrepreneurial women in rural areas. By using technological innovation, the institution wants to further streamline its processes and increase its outreach.
