Triodos Vastgoedfonds N.V., the sustainable real estate fund of Triodos Investment Management, has finalised the transfer of the properties in its portfolio. Both the property on the Herengracht in Amsterdam, as well as the other properties in portfolio have been transferred today to the respective buyers.
The proceeds of the sale will initially be used for repayment of outstanding borrowings and settlement of costs, after which the fund has the intention to move forward with a material interim payment to shareholders in advance of the final payment which is expected to take place in the first quarter of 2020. In the determination of the interim payment all ongoing obligations of the fund will be taken into account. As soon as more information about the timing of the payment to shareholders and the amount per share is available, this will be shared with the shareholders in the fund.
