Impact Manager

Rebecca is the Impact Manager for Private Debt and Equity at Triodos Investment Management. In this role she coordinates and engages with a diverse set of internal stakeholders to ensure that Triodos IM’s approach, decisions and reporting on positive impact and ESG risks are aligned, substantiated and implemented in a harmonised and professional way. She brings more than 15 years of experience in both private and non-profit sectors. Prior to joining Triodos IM she worked in impact management positions at, amongst others, the Challenge Fund for Youth Employment and the SPRING Accelerator. She holds a degree in Political Science and completed the Executive Education Programme (Impact Measurement) at Said Business School.

Dimitri Willems

Portfolio Manager Triodos Pioneer Impact Fund

Dimitri Willems is Portfolio Manager of Triodos Pioneer Impact Fund since august 2022. Prior to joining Triodos Investment Management he held several positions as portfolio and investment manager, most notably as Senior Portfolio Manager at Kempen Capital Management for over 13 years. Dimitri holds a Master's degree in Business Economics from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and is a CFA Charterholder. He is registered with the Dutch Securities Institute as an Institutional Investment Advisor.
